Hi, I've literally spent the last 4 hours searching this and other sites for a decent LCD TV.
I've just got rid of my Samsung SM225MW and am looking to upgrade.

    Basically, I want between 22" - 27" LCD.
    With HDMI input for ps3.
    To run at 1080.
BUT! Once that can output the sound from the HDMI to a 5.1 surround set that uses the 3 wires; sub front and rear.
I may sacrifice the 5.1 option if the tv has decent onboard speakers.

I've seen a decent-ish dell that does it here:
MCS Technology Ltd > 27" Dell UltraSharp 2709W Widescreen LCD (Black). 30 Day Warranty
But heard bad reviews stating major "input lag" which I guess will affect me when I play COD on PS3.

Any help or links etc greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance, Joe.

just got an email saying someone's replied, but cant see it on here :S

    Anyway, the person said:

It does exist, as the Dell I mentioned in my previous post allows this. I was just looking for alternative TV's/

    Thanks

If you don't mind me asking, why do you need a 1080p display?

Dunno really, just thought I might as well aim for the best. Gonna be running a PS3 through it so want a good quality.

Suppose I could do without the 5.1 output, but it's a real deal swayer.
