Where's Virgin On Demand gone?



Hello everyone,

I've been without the On Demand service now for nearly 8 weeks? :thumbsdow

I've had several, credits. and a couple of visits (6 infact)

but they say it's an On Going network problem Nationally :thumbsdow

Is anyone else having this problem?

I don't understand why. they can go on advertising their so called On Demand service, but it's not available :rotfl:

Since Virgin Media took over Telewast, it's just RUBBISH :suicide:

If anyones thinking of joining Virgin Media DON'T DO IT!

As for sustomer service? there isn't any!

Watchdog here i come!

My "on demand" is fine, so it's not a national problem at all :confused:
Keep taking the credits, IMO :D

It's been "unavailable" for a while here in Reading also.


I can't put what i think of Virgin Media

I've had so many cable boxes and had so many engineers out, were all going clay pigeon shooting together! even they are miffed by the whole set up and management. their Chief Exec's off, before it all goes tits up! :suicide:

I can't remember the last time we could use the On Demand (was going to type "service" but what Virgin offer, isn't anything near service :rotfl:

I can't work out, how they get away with it :nono:

it's not just me, some of my neighbours have got the same problem, and the status page, reads like war and peace!
