Ok i'm looking at a 42" or 47" 550U or 550T. Is Freeview HD a must if i already have SKY HD??? Is there any need for a surround sound?

and whats the best 3d blu ray player to get??

I'd say not (not available till March anyway)

Yes; a home cinema system makes a massive difference (even more impressive than 3D in some respects)

Something with good file support i.e. not an LG as this will only duplicate what the TV can already handle

It does indeed tend to be duplicated.
