where's my new EPG?

my skyHD box is still using the old one, any ideas why?

If it's not a Thomson or Pace box then it won't have the new EPG. Sky haven't started rolling it out to Samsung or Amstrad boxes yet.

If it is a Thomson or Pace then do a forced download.

If the box is a Thomson or a Pace try a forced update, if you have an Amstrad or Samsung you'll just have to be patient
