My Panasonic HS960 SVHS VCR has gone wrong. It started just before Christmas, when it refused to play or eject a tape that I had left in it.

I tried it again tonight, and it ejected the tape, and can also play it, but with a very unstable picture and lines across the screen (like on ffwd).

I thought about getting a new VCR, but the JVC ones are all a non-standard width, and I don't like the styling of the new Panasonic ones (the mirrors stuck to the front).

So I'd like to get it repaired - can anyone recommend a good place around Central/East London/M11 corridor? Or can you send them back to Panasonc HQ for repairs?
