Heh 1gb is rather a long way off being 2gb, plus you can get 1gb for £52 incl delivery off ebay.

Oddly the few 2gb sticks on ebay are a lot dearer than in normal shops at over £200.

The cheapest I can see normal shops actually with any in stock for the 2gb is here but at £156.20 thats still silly money.

Why not just buy 2 1gb cards. Will work out cheaper than a 2gb card. Not exactly like they are difficult to carry around...

That's a memory stick pro and not a pro duo. It's not PSP compatible as it's the normal size memory stick.

    Oops yes so it is.
It says Duo in the title but the picture and text are for for a pro.

It's £30 more expensive than the German pro duo anyway

I found a 2GB stick from Expansys which is out soon. Not the cheapest but not too far off, and it's a UK source...

Comes out to just under £140 with delivery.

    Simple really..most of my films are encoded to around 550 - 650Mb ... on 2 x 1Gb sticks i could get 2 movies on

    On 1x 2Gb i could get 3 movies (3x600=1.8Gb)...makes much more sense

If you are only using the sticks for game saves/music/pictures etc then 1x 1Gb are find

    Its really only for films

I've tried ever so, ever so hard to get my Star Wars Trilogy to my PSP, and although the quality has been downgraded, I've got episodes 4-6 on a 1Gb M/S.

    Hi all,

DO NOT buy from MyDV.co.uk. They have overcharged me, and seem to be based in America not London as their Website suggests. They are also very difficult to get hold of and will not respond to emails. I am also still waiting for shipping details and have been trying to cancel my order without success.

    Cheers,
    Z.

Not sure yet, I was going to decide when I know how much they are going to cost (the missus is out in the USA at the moment).

I was thinking about £90 ish depending on how much they cost me in the first place.
