    Folks,

Some advice from the assembled ranks please? Any suggestions for good dealers at which to look at a range of projectors in the Northwest? I'm based on Preston, so that would be great, or anywhere between Lancaster and Manchester/Liverpool. I'm fairly familiar with the audio shops in the area, but wonder if there are better specialist AV/projector dealers who can help integrate an AV set-up into an existing 2 channel set-up, and show me the options around the display equipment. Thanks in advance,

    Al

I have had good service from Sevenoaks in Manchester town centre, I recently bought their own ex-demo Stewart Filmscreen Firehawk screen and an Infocus Screenplay 7205 projector.
They had a few different models set up to look at and friendly and knowledgable staff.
Hope this is of some use.

I use Practical Hi Fi in Manchester on Bridge Street :) I have used them for a few years now, they have a large number of different amps projectors dvd players etc on demo. The staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable, I am sure you would get unbiased advice if you tell them what you are looking to do.
