I am in the market for a Velodyne DD-12 and wondered if anyone could tell me where the best place to go to buy this subwoofer is? Service/information/advice/setup are other considerations etc.

I was intending to buy at XXXXXXXXXXXXX but I received information yesterday that they don't want my business and a previous offer made by them to me has been withdrawn so I am forced to look elsewhere.

There was no explanation and I am left feeling gutted by the whole experience.

It doesn't make it a bad sub. Any recommendations chaps ?

    Much obliged

The Velodyne DD-12 is indeed an excellent subwoofer and as you can see the importers sponsor the subwoofer forum here.

Forum sponsors AV-Sales are Authorised Velodyne dealers and if you give them a ring I am sure that they will do you an excellent deal

I don't think that AV-Sales sell the DD range just the SPL & CHT range

Having now been fully appraised on the confused information I received yesterday, this has now all been sorted and I should have a DD fairly soon. :)

How could I refuse when I saw your kit sitting there especially with two family in tow.

Thanks for yor help at the weekend mate. This is an expensive subwoofer and at £2.5k I hope it's worth it. That Nemo scene was incredible.

Have you been using that Bass tone disc I gave you ?

By the way got the house sold yesterday

    Yeah,

My ears are dull and I,ve got a sore head with that disc.

£2500 is a lot of cash, as you say, play the "tank scene from Finding Nemo",
no contest , :smashin: worth every penny.

We Scots know a bargain
