OK, next week I will have enough cash to buy the Silvertone SG01 Case, but who shall I buy from SCAN orSPECIALTECH, heard alot of bad reviews about scan..and the prices are the same on both sites...been kinda carefull since someone ripped me off on ebay, I ordered a case form there and never got it...anyway what do you lot think, also which colour, I want the Black, but my Drives are Silver, but Silver and Black go together, especially since the black case has a Silver rim around the DVD Drive bays...

Or send an email to KustomPCs

    sales@kustompcs.co.uk

They don't have the SG01 on their site but stock a good range of Silverstone cases and may be able to special order you one in.

......and you'll be hard pushed to find ANYONE with a bad word to say about their customer service.

What DVD drive do you have? You can get coloured bezels for quite a few. See http://www.quietpc.com/uk/components.php#dvd

I bought a black aluminium bezel for any DVD drive a couple of months ago before changing my mind on what case I wanted (DVD now hidden behind flappy thing). It was by coolermaster and just sticks to the front with some double sided sticky pad thing. Cost me £8.00 IIRC

    What you heard about scan?

Black - for definite - black is the new, er black! I got the silver bezel on my plasma sprayed black, because black is cool and silver is a bit 90's don't you think?

They Don't do a bezel on my drive, besides I don't need one, it's a Pioneer 109XL in Brushed Aluminium, well it's not really an Aluminium Bezel, but it is Brushed Silver Plastic, but looks perfect with an Aluminium Case...The Top 2/3rds of the Drive Open up as the tray, so it's not like a normal drive where thre is a cut out Bezel...

I got it done by a company in Oxford, they do it under the Panasonic warranty. Bit of a trek from Essex, but it does make a difference, when I watch a film in ambient lighting, I am no longer aware of the bezel framing the picture.

Another vote for Specialtech here. Very good customer service when there was slight delay on delivering my LC11m. Oh, and silver ... no black ... oh I don't know they're both lovely. I got mine silver to avoid the silly fake wood on the black version of the LC11. Luckily you won't have that issue...
