    Hi All,

I have recorded a couple of programmes but would like to change the name.

Now, I know I can go to the recorded TV file itself and rename it (and change infromation in the file properties), but when you then view the file in MCE the name is still the same as it was originally.

So I'm presuming that it is stored somewhere (in a XML file or DLL possibly).

Anyone got any idea where the information is held ?

    Cheers

    Gaz

I believe MCE Customiser allows you to alter this - a free plug in.

    Thanks Lisa,

I will download it as soon as I can (registered on the site but waiting for mail)

As it happens I posted this question on TheGreenButton...and ....

If you move the file to a different directory and edit the 'Summary' properties (right click the file and select properties), then move it back ... Recorded TV title is changed ..

The comments (at the bottom of the recorded tv page when a program is highlighted) are still the same as they always were, but its the title that should be important to me.

Thanks again for your help Lisa
