I've been looking at the Eltax Liberty range, as I missed out on an eBay
auction moments ago, and have spend literally days trying to find someone
that sells ANY of the Eltax range on the web...

Anyone care to point me to an online dealer, any dealer, anything????

    Thanks in advance!

Richer Sounds sells lots of Eltax stuff (IIRC Richers own Eltax or has some financial interest in them). They've got some of the Eltax liberty range for 60 quid if you look at the bottom of this page, but I think you'd have to collect - http://ws4.richersounds.com/productlist.php?cda=productlist&sgroup=FLOORSTANDING&sort=

They also sell eltax bookshelf speakers, which can be delivered, here - http://ws4.richersounds.com/productlist.php?cda=productlist&sgroup=STAND-MOUNT&sort=price. Eltax stuff always does seem to go pretty cheap secondhand, if you can get to e-bay or whatever on time...

    Hope that's some help.

EDIT- by the way, if you were thinking of paying the £200 RRP for the Eltax, you could also look at the mission 774s that are listed in the classifieds for £230 + del (http://www.avforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=198164&highlight=mission). I'd try to bargain the price down a bit, though these are nice speakers (fwiw, I paid £55 for my mission 773i's secondhand, and they'd have originally gone for about £100 less than the 774s). While I haven't heard the 774s, I've heard a couple of mission speakers from that 'generation' and they seem to have a somewhat similar sound to the Eltax liberties (lots of bass on the missions I've heard - and the 774s have an extra bass driver! - and prominent treble; when I was thinking of getting a home cinema set-up Richers suggested that an Eltax centre would have a similar sound to my mission fronts), but a somewhat warmer and more 'musical' sound than the Eltax speakers...worth considering if you can get them for the same kind of price...
