Looking to buy the Mission 78c centre speaker to match my 782's.

Struggling to source them as it is an old model....any ideas where to find one in beech?

I'm not sure what colour it is but forum member Crustyloafer has been trying to sell one for a while I think.

    Have you tried Hyper-fi (http://www.hyperfi.co.uk/ )?

This place is legendary for advertising bargains that don't exist but I did manage to get a bargain pair of Mission 753's out of them along with a matching centre channel ( about six years ago so 75 fans don't get excited!) so if you haven't tried already it might be worth calling them.

Audio-T also have an ex demo one in beech on their website.

    Thanks for the link

They do advertise an ex-demo 78cSE, not sure what the difference is but worth a call to see if they still have it.

Crustyloafer does currently have a 78cSE advertised on another forum so it may be worth double checking to see if it's suitable.

Thanks guys. The 78cse can be had for £150. It looks like it is a better speaker than the 78c but it comes in an Alder finish, not the beech to match the 782's.

A member has offered a second hand 78c up for sale, 4yrs old. Any ideas on a fair price for it?
