    Hi all!

My Son, sadly, has asked for the 14/15 season, Man Utd 3rd kit, for his 9th birthday in 2 weeks time (the Blue Kit)

I have been trawling through Google over the past week, and nowhere seems to have this kit, let alone in the size required, so I though I would hopefully get a helping hand from some kind soul on here as to where I may be able to purchase this, as it is like looking for a Needle in a Haystack, and time is rapidly running out!

A pic of the Kit I am searching for:

(I hope it is OK to ask for help on this in this General Chat thread Mods, if not please move it to the relevant section!)

manu website, if they don't have it then it probably hasn't been released. Or tell the poor boy that a WHU top looks better.

I have tried going down the West Ham route with him, believe me! but he isn't having any of it! This Kit is from the Season that has just finished, and the only one they have on the MUFC website is an infants one up to age 4

Tried there mate, smallest in Junior is 4-5 years, or a small in older size will be too big for him, and at £42 just for an "old" shirt now, Fat Cat Ashley can stick that where the sun doesn't shine!

Small in stock there, would that not fit a 15 year old?

He is going to be 9 mate (15??) and I don't particularly want to pay £42 for what is an "old" shirt now!

They only seem to have 4-5 in the mini kits but they do have a small adult...

What's the most you want to pay - assuming that I will find one?

Don't particularly want to pay £42 for what is now an old shirt, but if you can find a whole Kit (Shirt, Shorts and Socks) for £40ish, or if it is just the shirt on its own, £25 max? Hard to say really!

I have been into my two local sports directs & they only have adults for £42, no kids at all. There is a larger one in town where I will nip in tomorrow & let you know.

Seems like the kids tops/kits are extinct now, and didn't think this would turn into a worldwide search! Lol!
Really do appreciate that though mate, thanks ever so much.
We have told him that if we can't find the Blue Kit, we will get him the new Third Kit, which will be made by Adidas when it's released, shouldn't have any trouble getting that in his size! (Fingers crossed!)

Sounds as hard as it is wanting to get a home ticket for a couple of games next season.

Obviously more than you wanted to pay but it does come with all the badges and potato head's name on the back...

    *14 / 15 - NIKE ; MAN UTD 3rd KIT SHIRT SS / ROONEY 10 = KIDS & JUNIOR SIZE* | eBay

    Or (probably fakes...)

Manchester United Third 2014-15 Blue Men Soccer Jersey Football Shirt New - Men

All New Robin van PERSIE #20 Manchester United Third 2014-2015 Soccer Jersey - Soccer-European

Good luck. I would add that your Son is perfectly right to ask for a Manchester United shirt - didn't you know all their supporters are from down south ;)

I've bought from soccerbox.com before but just checked and no stock.

Good site though for future reference.

Thanks for those @Kieron, i think that sort of money for the first one could be put towards the new one that is coming out, but will see what SWMBO says as I know he really wanted the Blue Kit.
Think the links to the other site are handy, just don't think they will have a small enough size looking at the available sizes they have, but thanks very much for searching!! :smashin:
I feel sorry for him wanting to support them, always imagined he would look better in Claret and Blue......
