Having briefly had an Archos Gmini 200 which managed about 4 or 5 hours battery life, I sent that back.

I have now done some more research and concluded the iRiver H10 will be its replacement but does anyone know when the 6GB version will hit these shores?

I cant find any reference to it except in the odd forum comment.

Well, there's a 5GB available now - cheapest I've seen £160 at Richer Sounds. Not sure there is a 6GB coming out - not quite sure what the attraction would be of 1GB extra?

However, there is a 20GB coming soon (available early Autumn), which frustratingly is now available in the States. Slightly bigger than the 5GB version.

Probably because you get room for extra songs?

:D OK, apart from the extra songs.

Exactly, more music. I don't want to wait until Autumn for the 20GB nor will I wait for the 6GB. But if its not much more money and imminent I may as well get it.

From my experience on the Gmini, 20GB is more than I need and it was starting to get difficult to find things but 6GB would be better than 5GB
