No not that one, this was called "When the north wind blows"
Apparantly it is about a bloke that moves out to the extremes of some country and bcomes best friends with a Tiger, or something like that !

Any ideas anyone ?

I've been hoping for a DVD of this for years, as a birthday gift for my tiger-mad girlfriend. As far as I know, it's not available.
