When sending DVD's back to Play?

    I haven't ever used recorded, but there is a risk it won't arrive... and it will be your risk.

    Play have always told me to send things back with recorded delivery. They then refund your postage (including the cost of recorded delivery) so there's no reason why you shouldn't.

    Yep - Jusr sent back 2 DVDs to play on saturday. They recieved them yesturday and ahve refunded my costs and sent the replacements. Hot dog :D

    I think they insist you send them back recorded.
    BTW you may need to remind them to refund the postage cost. Also will only refund if faulty.
    I phoned to chase up and they sorted it out so went back to my CC.
