When I open MCE I get a popup window.

This window is titled "Window-no disk"
The message inside it says "There is no disk in the drive"
I close it and it keeps on poping up. Media Center is opened but I can use no functions. I keep closing the message and if keeps poping up.
Any ideas what to do? Tech support for HP says reinstall Windows. This will be the third or fourth time I have had to do that in 6 months, including one week ago. I'm hoping for some other solution.

Nice one, glad you found the solution.

Its a pity that 99% of "tech support" answers are "reinstall windows" which won't cure the problem at all, they're nearly all idiots reading a script of the screen with no ability to think.
