When are the next batch of LCD's released ????...

Have read several magazines that say something along the lines of ...

"..we eagerly anticipate the latest Sony/Samsung/Phillips set coming this year"

Does anyone know when this elusive period is ??

In the market for an LCD right now and don't want to find it's been replaced by a better model the week after.
