As above what is your favourite film music/score.

I think mine would have to be from Highlander, Queen did a superb job

    Anything by Morricone....

    The Untouchables (all time fave)
    Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns
Once Upon A Time In America
    The Mission
    etc

    Other faves are....

    Conan The Barbarian
    Indiana Jones
    The Godfather
    The Warriors

Even though I'm a HUGE Queen fan, Highlander (or Flash Gordon) are not my favourite soundtracks.
They're not really soundtracks in the terms of 'film scores', they're simply added songs to the action (ala Scorcese), good songs though...well Highlander at least. :)

I'm pretty sure that the orig Highlander sountrack (score) by Michael Kamen is avialble on CD.

    All predictable I suppose...

    Blade Runner
    Moricone - anything
    Star Wars
Bond Theme & most of the main songs, esp Live & Let Die
    LOTR

A good double CD to get is Music by Ry Cooder which collects most of his themes

Nice to see I'am not on my own for my favourites.

Really rate The American Beauty Soundtrack too. Some of the tunes 'Paper bag theme', 'arisen' are lovely.
Vangelis is a favourite too Bladerunner of course brilliant.
The Star Trek Wrath of Khan sound track fantastic score.
I have always loved the Raiders of the Lost Arc music too, not the upbeat march but the sinister tune.
