What's the radius in km for LAN on the Gamecube?

    I need to know this cos a couple of my friends have LAN and they live a bit away. They got MKDD and I wanna get a Network adapter. So, how far does the LAN go?

    Theres no limit, as the warp pipe project has shown (although I think the games need to be from the same region for both online via warppipe and standard LAN).

    Looks like Warp pipe uses a PC to tunnel the Gamecube LAN connection over the internet. The limit on standard Cat5 ethernet is 100m, so I think you can forget plans of stringing a looooong cable between houses!

    Great, hook-up to a PC. I'll need a REALLY long cable then. PC's downstairs and my Cube's upstairs in my room and there's no room for it downstairs.
