what's the difference between the Panasonic TX L37V20B & L37D25B?

I am getting very confused about what tv to get. I would like a 37 inch with freesat, preferably with some wifi connection (hopefully to get iplayer when it's available).

I would like a plasma, but not sure if there is one in 37 inch worth getting.

liked the look of these 2, but can't work out the difference. Can anyone enlighten me.
