Whats the company which get prontos from the US?

Do you mean bluedo.com? They are an American company who will import pronto's direct to you for a good price, and so far on these forums almost all (I think I remember one who may have been caught out last year) have avoided extra payments on UK delivery

I got my TSU7000 from them, and would recommend them.

Can confirm that Bluedo.com are excellent and a lot cheaper than buying the same unit from the UK.

I ordered a TSU7000 from them last monday and it arrived in perfect order this week.. and made even better by the fact that it was a gift

Be warned though.. if you have not used the Pronto before they are highly addictive and many an hour is spent setting them up (all fun of course) and the NG edit software is brilliant.

Got my ipronto from bluedo can confirm they are OK. However I was unlucky and got a faulty one and had all sorts of bother getting it replaced. All well now but...

In the USA its generally the manufacturer that carries the warranty and NOT the store you buy from. I had a load of problems getting Philips to change my unit. Have a look on remote central for details.

And was quite tempted to look into a way of getting one into the UK. They do not ship internationally....
