    Hi

Personally I´m using two monopole speakers but you could use a centre speaker if you wanted to.

The important thing is to get the position right, try angling it down towards the listening area, it´ll take a while to find the best angle/spot but its worth it.

    Cheers Jase

does it matter if the rear centre is higher than the rear left/rights
as the shape of my room means the only place to put it is above the french doors in the middle of the back wall.

    Hi Mark

The rear centre/s should be placed higher than the other surround speakers anyway, so you´re in luck!!

Just make sure you get the angling down bit right, its this that makes the most difference.

    cheers

The Dolby site had some info on speaker position etc

    www.dolby.com

Its also worth searching these forums for EX/ES speaker placement, as its been mentioned a few times over the months.

    cheers
