OK, 24 series 4 release due 8th August. What's the best price seen so far. Most seem to have it at £34.99.

    Anyone seen it cheaper??

Amazon have it for £32.99, not much of a saving, but a saving nonetheless!

I've had it pre-ordered for a while and am counting the hours, minutes and seconds!

As a 24 virgin I’m hoping the prices come down for all the series pretty soon. Didn’t they all get knocked down to ~£17 when S3 was released?

I think your right in saying that there were boxsets for around the £17 mark. I did a search but couldnt find any.

Trust me when i say this it is worth paying £80 for a 24 boxset. :D

Razor, that's why I am asking the question. I managed to get series 3 for £17.99 on a special offer and I am hoping someone will put me onto another for series 4.

I also got Season 3 for £17.99 a while back.

One would think that when S4 is released then teh previous seasons may come back down in price. I havn't seen any of them under £30 for a while :(

    I bought seasons 1 & 2 for £14.99 each a while back but didn't buy S3 in case I didn't like it?! :suicide:

So I am also waiting now to pick up S3 and S4 for under £20 each.....the wait is killing me.

Tejstar - I finished watching S1 last night, before that I was a 24 virgin (work pattern meant I would always miss some so never bothered). It is awsome, easily the best TV I have seen. Sell something if you have to - a limb, first born child, whatever :D - but buy it. I still have 2 and 3 here to watch and frankly can't wait. :)

    Hi,

You can pre-order the "24 - Complete Experience" here (which contains all 4 seasons to date) in a ginat boxed set, for about £85 from Amazon.

This might be worth while, seeing as it's going to take each Season down to about £21. This may be a better way to go... until next year, when Day 5 comes out, and Fox go and release a "Seasons 1-5 Complete Experience" boxed set! :rotfl:

Kopite i wish you could view it through my eyes - you'd never watch it weekly again - this weekend is one of fav's of the year. and no amount of weekly watching could add up to the "weekend" experiance. the tension that builds is like nothing else. Hoping to have it tomorrow

i'll be the size of Andy Fordham by Sunday night at 10 and the house will look like Dresden but i dont care :D

not really mate i dont see it that way. i get to view the show 8 months before the dvd release and as i collect it on my Pc in high def i could have had a weekend in may ;)

i can imagine that its just as awesome on a whole weekend but weekly it gives me something to look forward to. as i said ive watched it from day 1 so i know no different, remember it was planned to watch week by week it aint bad. i couldnt not watch the show knowing its on tv.

enjoy the weekend this season is a :censored: belter if i do say so myself but im biased as hell. if it was jack taking a dump for 24 hrs it would get the thumbsups from me

    Kopite :hiya:

My first encounter with 24 was when i moved house and I had no sky for 3 weeks    (Horrible times)

I watched the whole first series of 24 in 4 days (Gary has done it in 2).

I to D/L the shows from the US so I have to wait for a week which can be hard especially as they like to leave it on a cliff hanger :(

When i get my fresh D/L nothing and I mean nothing will stop me from watching it. All other programs are null and void IMO. I get very excited and often shout a few Jack Chants at the tv  (Total big kid here)

On DVD its so easy to watch 3-4 episodes of 24's in one evening.   I just wish they would make 2 series a year instead of 1. I also hate it when they dont show 24 for a week or 2 because of certain holidays in the US I get so sad :( when I see its not on for another few weeks. :suicide:

I have never tried crack but if it is as addictive as 24 I would be in trouble. Especially as I wouldn't have to wait every week for a hit.
