Hi im looking to buy a new laptop as my Dell Latitude D610 cant cope with my demands anymore. But dont know where to start looking!

My ideal laptop should have:
Nvidia dedicated graphics card
i5 processor or above
2GB or more RAM
250 or more Hard drive
and maybe a hdmi port also.

What is the best laptop out there for under a grand??? Please Help!

Why only 2GB of ram, W7 64 bit alone requires a minimum of 2GB! You should be looking for at least 4GB maybe even 6, for your budget this shouldn't pose any problem at all.

Yep 6GB sounds right. I was going to get a HP laptop because of its dre beats speakers etc but found out that theyre pulling out of the laptop market. i think i want to stick with Dell as i find them robust or Toshiba.

Still dont know what to get i need model recommendations!
