Not heard of that but I was a fan of the first 2 films so I will have to look out for them.

You might have heard about the USA version which was darker due to the UK version being cut by the BBFC.

I am fairly confident that there was never a Danny Elfman score for Batman Forever...

All releases of batman forever after 1997 are uncut and identical to its US counterpart now.

check imdb for more info on the original 2.5 hour cut and original score and cross your fingers in hopr that they will release it.

Has anyone actually got the UK dvd or video versions after 1997 and can confirm theyre uncut or is this just speculation, i ask because after checking the bbfc website i see a version was submitted in 1995 which ran 114 minutes and 59 seconds, the bbfc website states this is the cut UK cinema version, a later version submitted in July 1997 says it runs 114 minutes and 58 seconds which is a whole second less.

The bbfc website claims it to be passed with no cuts made, Warners have been noted in the past for cutting their own material for a lower rating and thus the bbfc website would not report on this unless specifically cut by themselves.
