What's going on with my Amazon pre-order?

I've just checked my open orders on Amazon and it's showing Halo: Reach as my only order, even though Fallout: New Vegas should be alongside it. After lots of exploring to see what the heck happened, I decided to pre-order it again, just in case the order was terminated or whatever. Fallout: New Vegas STILL isn't showing in my open orders!

What's going on?

Would it not be better contaqcting Amazon Customer Service than posting here? With respect they should have all the information you'll need.
