whats best way to send satellite signal to another room

ok have my satellite setup downstairs in the living room,but i want to be able to watch it and change channel from the bedroom upstairs. so im wondering what is the best way to do this? anyone got any ideas ? :)

its not for sky its for a motorised setup, and cant really use coax to connect them up as the bedroom i want to run the 2nd tv in is on the thrird floor

I've just bought an av sender too, and have been very impressed with it. It's a Digisender X2 from Argos. Think it was £60. Sender piggybacks on the scart output from your sat box, so doesn't use up any connections.
Box at your receiver end picks up your remote's signal, and sends this back down to the sender, which has an IR repeater you put in front of your source.
Just another option to consider.....
