Just recived my voucher code for the value of £529 to replace my Samsung LE40A556P which I purchased for £599 over 3 years ago, although the first person I spoke to at currys was shocking in the way he delt with me, I can't fault the whateverhappens agents who I have dealt with.
The main thing I used the tv for was as a pc monitor, and the only tv matching the same specs with a svga connection is the LG42LS575T the only difference is the refresh rate, after having to argue over the slight price difference they have now said I can have the LG and can go back to the store and order it whenever I want.
I know using a monitor would be better but my current set up means I have no space for a pc desk and using the tv for the pc suits me better.
The question is about the refresh rate my last tv was 100hrtz and the LG is 50hrtz will this make any difference to pc gaming it ?
