OK we are having a bit of a dilemma here. I pre-ordered, saved and bought my boyfriend a Wii for Xmas. As we speak its by the rest of the presents, wrapped up, little tag on it, he's been going on about it for ages, been well excited, am going to get him Zelda as another little surprise for Xmas day. We are in the middle though, of buying our first home. So far, budget wise, its been OK tho. Until today. When the solicitor phoned to say my original budget will have to increase by a few hundred plus due to some freehold landregistry whatsumajiggit. Boyf has said (with 'brave little soldier' face) to sling Wii on Ebay, try and get our solicitors fees, he'll make do with when it gets released again. But a) he'll have no present. and b) we'll feel bad about some parent struggling to buy it. My gut feeling is s*d it, we'll find money for solicitors, keep the present. My head says, they're selling at a premium we could get the solicitors fees. What would you do? I am leaning towards keeping it. Just to see his happy face on Xmas!
