Hi, I need to get a new TV as my existing has now got awful screen burn, now looking for reasonably priced 49"(ish) LED. Was looking at either Panasonic TX-50DX700B or LG49SJ800V.
TBH I do not know too much about modern TV's & reviews seem to rate them as very similar, so was after some thoughts or perhaps suggestions of better TV's in similar price range.
    Thanks

Do you need wide viewing angles and can you fit 55" ?
What is your budget and do you need to buy now?

Not particularly wide viewing angles, could probably just about do 55” but will be tight, budget is prob £650-£700 max & yes need to buy very soon

There's little value to be had at smaller screen sizes. Agreed the TV above is best value.

Hisense 55U7A then I guess. 50" model isn't as good.

Each brand makes good and bad. There aren't really any good value alternatives other than what's been mentioned right now.
