What to replace my Samsung 75" Q90R with

I am going to change my tv in the next few months I've had the 75 Q90R for 27 months its been a faultless TV but l am looking to go for a larger screen but with the same quality of TV with better PQ
I am open to either a Oled or Qled TV....also the TV will be wall mounted as its got to sit as close to the wall as possible when mounted
