You wait a few months for a decent Xbox Live release then several are released in the space of a couple of weeks

So what will you all be playing?
I guess most will go for
Splinter Cell 2

But what about

Steel Battalion
Mototrax

Or even

Carve (for £15)
Unreal II (2/4/04)

:)

It's got to be Splinter Cell.

Hopefully it'll break my GTA addiction, which is why I've been rather absent from Live over the last few months! Well GTA and Halo, which I finally got round to playing in January.

Edit: Of course, thanks to the postal strike in Ireland, I'll have to pay full price at GAME, but that'll give me the opportunity to part X some rubbish (Star Wars Clone Wars and Bounty Hunter - don't ask).

Just played SC:pT on live for the 1st time, 1st impressions are wtf is going on, but after 10 mins or so you can suss it out. Alot of co-operation is needed with your teammate, the game i played was 2v2 and if you go it alone you die very quickly. I only played as a spy which i think will be the harder of the 2 roles as you don't get a gun that kills, only one that stuns, but you do get all the required vision goggles eg night and thermal, which you don't get as a mercenary.

So to sum up i think it will be a very good game online, but not for the player after instant thrills, time and patience will be required.

Anyoene who wants a stealth around with SC:pT from Friday onwards, add me :) I'd like to learn the game with someone who has more patience than your average onliner screaming "get on with it".

Also can anyone who gets Mototrax pass on experiences - I'm thinking about this one.
