Hi All you clever digi people out there!! :hiya:
I am a cycling coach who is looking to get a digi camcorder for use with silicon coach video analysis.
It must have firewire(but not from the sony cradle) and be able to do low light and fast shutter speed.
Can I get all that in a small camcorder under £350 or is it really worth getting 3ccd technology for a little more?
    Any comments would be appreciated

if you want control fo the shutter speed for this kind of money then panasonic is the only option anyway, 3ccd is worth the extra, but I think panasonics budget 3ccd cams use smaller chips than their budget single chip cams, so lighting may be an issue. On allt he Pannys you can control gain manually in any case.
