what step down

    just got me a very sweet deal on ebay usa, 1x Hd-a2 and 1x samsung Br player = £590 posted :thumbsup:

    my question is what stepdown do you lot use, looking for singles and doubles, did a search but kept getting the error search unavalible please try again later.

    IMHO the best step down transformers are the British made "Tacima" brand which employ superior torroidal windings and therefore are an odd cylindrical shape. Available in 100, 300 and 500 watt versions (the latter has two US Type B sockets).

    They are available through TLC-Direct and are quite reasonably priced.

    Check out these single and dual power units. The are good quality, rated for continuous use and don't cost the earth. Also the single units are less "industrial" in size and appears than some.
