I know similar questions have been asked before, but I would be really grateful for some help in deciding which speaker package I should consider for my new home cinema setup.

I have just purchased a Sony V32 LCD screen and am getting a Denon 1920 DVD player and a Denon 1906 Amp. Now its just the speakers to choose.

My budget is £500 (or slightly more if the quality deserves it) and I want to get the best speaker package including a sub. What do you guys recommend :D

    Jonny,
I cannot recommend the Acoustic Energy Aegis Evo 3 speakers any more highly. They wipe the floor with anything around at that price. They clarity an d warmth blew me away when I plugged mine in.
I have the floorstanders, but the full package has won many awards

The full 5.1 package is about £725.
I know this is considerably over budget, but find somewhere to listen to it, even if you have to wait a month and save a bit more etc

    A cheap price,is:

I would recommend QED Original at £2.75 a metre, or if you can stretch, then QED SIlver Anniversary at about £5/metre.

    Hope this helps.

    Dan.
