what is the best digi box is the best
i realise that all are some what regulated by sky but there are always are some differences

The general rule of thumb is to go for the boxes made by Pace, and avoid the ones from Amstrad. The Pace boxes are known to be much more reliable etc. Just tell the installer when he phones to confirm the installation time / date etc.

If you are going for Sky+, make sure you get the 'PVR3' (again Pace version), as this is the new 80GB box as opposed to the previous 40GB boxes. :)

go on, go for Sky+, you know you wanna...heh

btw, if you signed on for Sky+ anytime after September 1st, you are guaranteed the 80Gb box due to their advertising (so if the installer does turn up with a 40Gb box tell him to stuff it and inform Sky he tried to fob you off...lol)
