I have a problem with my newly purchased Sony KV32FQ80. It buzzes loudly and there is a fuzziness along each side (left and right).

Should I get the shop where I brought it from (over the telephone) to arrange a service engineer to come round and look at it ?

or, should I not bother the shop and just phone for a sony repair man ?

    regards

Whether you want a refund, exchange, or repair, you should ALWAYS bother the shop. That's where you paid your cash and they're responsible. If you contact Sony directly, they will tell you the same thing.
