I don't know much, but what I do know is:
    1.Don't know much about it
    2.Does not have wifi
    3.Don't know much about it
4.Does not have a front facing camera for video calling

Not much info at all I know, but I personally use the Samsung Omnia and SE X1.

What are you looking for from your phone? That might help in giving an opinion on the handsets you've listed.

Not really what he's looking for i think, the X1 is a lot more expensive than those four.

I'd probably go with the 5800. The Diamond has a lot of support behind it though :)

Fair enough, I didnt realise it would cost allot more than the others.

Probably because I got mine free with a £30 contract on O2.

Depending on what you're looking for I would go for the HD personally (which I have done actually).

Its the most versatile since it runs windows, BUT if you're looking for something much easier to use and are happy with its functionality straight out of the box I would choose one of the others.

It has everything, gps wifi etc. and the only downside (which maybe a big one for you) is it doesn't have a flash.

That'd make sense, it's generally at least £35/month.

SIM free all of those phones are roughly £200-£300 now, the X1 is more like £450-£500. You'd expect to see these prices reflected in the contract prices (but not always, you usually have to shop around). None of them should be over £30/month, personally wouldn't expect to pay more than £20-£25 though.

The Nokia is a bargain, £15/month on O2 (24 month contract) at Carphone Warehouse. Quite how it's £35 on some networks i'll never understand, it's £240 sim free on play.com!

The Nokia 5800 gets my vote. The right size for your pocket. Good audio quality. BBC IPlayer. Expandable memory. The phone just works in marginal signal conditions. But then I do have one!
