Any online retailers to steer clear of out of these?

    Digital Direct
    TV&Video Direct
    RGB Direct
    Sound and Vision Online

Or is it a bad idea to order these online? Are these TVs likely to go wrong after 1 year so I will need a good warranty (like John Lewis)?

    thanks! :smashin:

All I can say is I used Empire Direct and everything went very smoothly.

The John Lewis thing might be worth persuing - plenty others here have done so as the do a price match thing too. Seems to be a bit complicated though.

If Chris uses Empire Direct then that's the way to go! He's had about 74 TV's off them in last three weeks! (in joke)

    RGB direct.

    They are the cheapest £877.

But if you wait another week it will probably drop again.

It has been doing so for the past month.

I've heard nothing but bad things about RGB direct. I just used prc for my 15inch LCD and they were great!

I bought a LC26GA4E from TV and Video direct last week, ordered late on saturday night and recieved on thursday(could of been wednesday but nobody in to accept it).All went smoothly except for a bit of a hitch when placing the order, basically a problem with pre-authorisation on the card, due to it being such a large amount i assume.Long story short they rang on the monday for the card details and to arrange delivery, job done. :smashin: (cracking tv btw)
