What is the best format for connecting a Pioneer 434 HDE to a computer????

Look for best quality/resolution possible. My graphics card has a DVI ouput.

What are my options and what cables should I use?

VGA to the front port on the tuner box or DVI>HDMI using suitable cable.

When I got the plasma I did not get a tuner box with it... This I will be getting FreeView so I dont think I need a tuner box?

Hi,

You didn't get a tuner?
You can't buy the Pioneer 434 without the tuner. It doesn't work without the tuner.
Get the tuner from the guys you bought it from!!!
