what is Sony's current response if you contact them re S/B?

    Before anyone complains, I've done a search and read most of the huge thread which is in the archives, but I couldn't find a current answer to this question.

    What happens if you ring Sony and complain about scrolling bars as of today? Anyone done this recently?

    Considering the efforts of this forum, I would hope they would acknowledge the problem, but what reparation do they offer?

    This is not just an idle question as my TV has the buggers on all four AV inputs (regardless of input type or quality of connection lead).

    My warranty runs out in a few months and I was wondering if it was worth contacting Sony about this now.

    Anyone?

    i don't really remember anyone having problems with the NX set, even though it was RGB. Fwan would know though.

    You can but try, the worst they can say is no. They may think it strange that you haven't contacted them sooner though....
