I have seen subwoofers with servo control but Never used one with servo control, what is servo control, how much it effects the LF effect. Does it only comes with top notch subwoofer.

HGS and DD range from Velodyne.

There is a video interview of Bruce Hall on the secrets site and he explains servo quite nicely.

Jamo also make servo controlled subs - the D6SUB and D7SUB are servo controlled.

Two more I can think of:

Velodyne CHT15 and the new 15R
    Mackie HRS120

Although the CHT-15 uses some form of motional feedback system, I don't think it's considered a servo in the strictest sense.

I don't know about the newer CHT-R range though. :)

A servo uses an accelerometer attached to the voice coil of the speaker's drive unit to measure the cone's movement and compare it to the input signal.

I'm pretty sure the Velodyne CHT range uses a current sensing feedback system, which works by comparing the current generated by the voice coil, with that of the current being fed to the driver from the amplifier.

Servo technology is more accurate and more expensive to employ.

I thought the CHT15 had an accelerometer, but a quick google search tells me it doesn't. So you're right. :)
