    Title says it all.

    Setup:

    Marantz SR4300
    Eltax Liberty 5+
    Eltax Liberty Centre

My local RS has only the Gale stuff and I was wondering whether it would be sufficient. I want to Bi-wire the front left and right. Should I order the QED Original cable of the RS website? It's £2.50 per metre although I don't see any bi-wire stuff, do I just order twice as much of the oridinary stuff to bi-wire?

Get the Gale biwire. It's plenty for your needs. Actually I prefer working with the Gale cable - it's more flexible than the QED stuff.

I'm not much of an expert but I've used lots of Gale stuff in the past - I currently use it for the speakers in my kitchen - sounds fine to me

I use it, it's cheap and does the job for me, for now...best to buy more that you need, then trim about an inch off it say every 6-8 weeks...

    Blue_havester,

Like you, I have 5+ (with Yam630se) and connected to Gale XL 315 (Richer sound).

For smaller rears like 1+ and 3+ consider XL 189 - which I use

My system is not bi-wire so I can't say. But in terms of quality, you can't go round. Mind you you could shop around for slight better cables for short runs (i.e. less than 10feet).
