I think it's something to do with video playback scripting on mobile phones. Screen sizing etc.

That's a guess! :)

Ask them what they're using to post from. Looks like whatever it is, I think it is inserting HTML div tags erroneously on sumitting a form.

Just some HTML really. Div tags are just used to identify certain areas in the page when looking at the HTML code that makes up the page.
