I am going to connect my JVC home cinema and Sky+ into a Joytech AV centre by SCART and then ScART out to my JVC LT32 LCD tv.
A couple of questions if anyone can help:
What SCART lead should I be using (RGB or Std) and could I use a SCART to SVideoand 2 phono lead to connect to my tv, will the signal be ok?

The best way if its possible is to connect the JVC to the tv via component leads. The sky+ to the AV centre by an optical cable, and to the TV by scart.

S-video is not as good as scart

    Hope this helps

Unless you have more than the Two Sources mentioned you don't require a switcher - your SKY box has a second SCART socket and you can 'Daisy chain' the RGB SCART signal from your DVD player via the SKY box - simply put SKY into standby when you want to view the DVD player.

    Best regards

Thanks for the advice. I'll be going down the scart route, good quality ones.
    Cheers :)
