I need to link a sky digibox to a plasma, the hdmi socket will be used for the DVD player so assume the best route is a scart RGB cable.

QED and Ixos seem to be the good makes, but prices seems to run from £20 to around £80 (I need 3 metres).

I don't really want to spend more than about £40, any recommendations?

I picked up a 3 metre IXOS XHT601 for £32 which included delivery on ebay last week and it has made a big difference from a standard scart and I saved a few quid. I could have had a few different ones from ebay there is plenty to choose from have a look.

When people refer to RGB scart, do they mean only RGB pins connected, therefore picture only and no sound, or are they refering to a fully wired scart, carrying picture and sound.

£2.50 is about the max you should spend on a SCART.
