I'm eating healthy and love tuna steak with veg however sometimes I find the meal dry and end up adding cheese sauce etc. Anyone any ideas for topping to add to make it nicer, want to avoid fatty sauces just something to go with the tuna steak.
Teriyaki every time for me - either home made or out of a bottle.
IMHO If the tuna is dry then it's been overcooked. It should be pink in the middle and seared on the outside or you might as well just open a tin.
Sashimi is a favourite of mine so I appreciate others may have a different interpretation of "cooked"
