Just got a wage packet at last and wanted to know what films I should buy in the 2 for £25 Game sale and what dvd films I should on region 1.
I am thinking of buying Phone Booth, Final Destination 2 and Agent Cody Banks looks like a very cheesy Bond film. Cradle 2 the grave is another film I am considering.

Region 2 Daredevil, 28 days later, Gangs on New York, Transporter and Donnie Darko which films would you recomend out of that lot.

PS bet foobr posts a sarcastic comment

Get Donnie Darko - as it's a film you will want to watch a few times!

I thought Daredevil was pants. I guess it's worth hiring, but I wouldn't buy it. Visually it's stunning, but it leaves you feeling strangely detached. I didn't give a damn about any of the characters.

28 Days Later is pretty cool, though.

I would hang on if you are going to get the Daredevil DVD as a better version is suppose to be out later on in the year.
There is a review on it here of Reg 1 http://www.avforums.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=87113
I saw it at the pictures and enjoyed better than Spider-Man, yet I know a lot on the forum don’t like it at all.

Gangs of New York was pretty good, Transporter was also OK although I thought it got a bit silly towards the end. I agree with Rhoamish on Daredevil being pants. 28 Days Later was pretty good especially when they are in London. Phonebooth is defantly worth buying, superb film IMO.

Final destination 2 Is no where near as good as the first IMO, it didnt have the edgeyness that the first one had.
