sci-fi / horror from late 80's - Rutger Hauer and the bloke who used to Taggart's sidekick, in a future London, where the ice caps have melted and flooded the city - an unknown kiler is on the loose, which turns out to be the devil (looks a bit like alien)

what was it called and is it out on dvd ???

    cheers

Actually, "Wanted Dead or Alive" was a much better film than split second.... bet that'll never make it onto DVD though!!

Did anyone catch "Wedlock" or "Salute of the Jugger"????
    OUCH mis-spent youth!!!!

    take your pick - R1 has anamorphic 1.85, R2 is 4:3 - both around £7 or 8
